For years, Mollenberg-Betz has offered complete design-build or turnkey project capabilities to complement our core services. We have expanded our role in this streamlined delivery method by extending our services to include a functional design team - comprising dedicated professional engineers, project engineers, designers, and CAD draftsmen - which is supported by our current staff.

Relationships are what make design-build successful, which is why we work hard to create and maintain alliances with the best chain of specialty contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

It is also crucial to develop an early bond and trust between the client/owner, designers, and construction team. The early involvement of all parties will create a collaborative work environment to ensure the greatest value for the customer. It is this collaboration — through communication, teamwork and integration — that we believe sets Mollenberg-Betz apart from its competition.

Traditional design-bid-build delivery methods often result in the low bidding team winning the project, only to revisit with change orders. In design-build, information sharing — along with periodic cost estimates, material procurement, and resource management — allows the team to properly plan and react to any unforeseen issues while maintaining the integrity of the project.

With the appropriately assembled team integrated to oversee the design, construction, and delivery of a project, an owner/client will experience significant benefits over the traditional method of project delivery.

In addition to our bonding capabilities, Mollenberg-Betz has in place liability insurance to reduce the amount of risk to our clients.
